GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit, we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders pertaining to electronic downloads (e.g. e-books) cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and downloading has been completed.
Orders pertaining to training courses (e.g. FACE Facilitator Course) can be cancelled any time prior to the course commencing. Once the course has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled.
Orders pertaining to physical products (e.g. FACE sticky notes) can be cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase by contacting us at
enquiry@facematrix.com.au.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
Brillionaires Pty Ltd will refund by cheque (within Australia) or international money order, or direct deposit to an account nominated by you.
(NOTE: For refunds via international direct deposits, bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.)
