It would be fair to say that FACE originated out of frustration. After many years in the corporate world and having experienced using various personality profiling and communication tools, Mike Francis observed that knowing how those tools work and making good use of them were two very different things.

FACE was launched in 2004, and the feedback and results have proven that the 3 key parameters of SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE and FUN have all been achieved. The VISUAL element of FACE occurred without being part of the original design intent. However, this unique characteristic makes FACE even more effective. The FACE characters engage people almost on a personal level.
