My ability to communicate with people – no matter who they are, where they come from, how much money they have, how they look, or what they believe – is the most important ingredient of all my relationships. To communicate with you, I must understand you; and to understand you, I must communicate with you. 

For the majority of my working life as an employee, the ability to communicate was vital. Since becoming the fortunate victim of corporate redundancy in late 2003, communication – the human-to-human variety – has become my life study. Constantly advancing my communication abilities and helping others to do the same, has become my absolute passion.
